Blossoms with Aerial Lift Bridge in background

It rained earlier today, which caused the cancellation of the 75th Anniversary of the Enger Tower. Lots of activities were planned and lots of people were disappointed.  But by late afternoon Leif Erikson Park was full of people listening to a concert sponsored by Minnesota Public Radio.
