Now it is green

The panels on the outside of this building keep changing colors. I wonder what is in store? The panels on the outside of this building keep changing colors. I wonder what is in store? In the middle of March it was drab. See it here.  And on March 3 they were bright yellow.

Believe in yourself

There are a couple blocks in the East Hillside/Endion neighborhood which have nice sayings embedded into the concrete of the sidewalks. It is always fun to go for a walk and look down and see these.

Stone stairs

There are a few areas in Chester Creek which are accessible from the neighborhoods from old stone stairs. I don’t know when they were built, or who built them.

YMCA in Foreground of the Board of Trade Building

The YMCA building downtown is a little news than the Board of Trade Building.  The Board of Trade operated from 1881 until 1946. The Building is 7 floors high and was built in the romanesque revival style.

First bloom?

I was in a hurry and walking out of City Hall when I was taken aback by blooming trees and tulips. These are the first blooming trees of  the year that I have noticed.
